Simrat is a paediatric registrar working in London. Having lived in 3 different countries, she brings a unique perspective to her role as EDI Officer and has a deep personal and professional commitment to ensuring paediatric education is accessible to all.

Her interest in EDI spans her clinical, education and research work with a particular passion for addressing health inequalities affecting children from marginalised backgrounds. Outside of medicine, she enjoys travelling, eating all the Japanese food London has to offer and spending time with her young family.
