Ewa is an Honorary Senior Lecturer Reader in Child Health at Imperial College in London and a Consultant Paediatrician and Paediatric endocrinologist (endocrinology and diabetes) at London North West University Healthcare. She has an MD from UCL.  

She has been involved in undergraduate education for the past 20 years, having been local lead for child health education and is overall lead for paediatric teaching at Imperial. She is an Imperial tutor for years 4,5 and 6 and has introduced and overseen the pre-foundation assistantship in paediatrics. 

She is supervising a postgraduate NIHR fellow in her research project and teaches on the MSc in Child Health at Imperial. 

She is a clinical and educational supervisor, had created a local teaching faculty and has organised 3 educational conferences. She was involved with GEMS from its beginnings, sharing good educational practise with other UG paediatric leads across the country since COVID.  

She has been a member of PEDSIG for approximately 5 years.
