Charu is a specialty doctor in Paediatrics and Medical Education at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation trust. 

After travelling the world with her family and practicing Paediatrics in 4 different countries and cultures, Charu has settled in her niche at Warwick.

She has a Masters in medical education from the University of Warwick where she focused on how technology can be used for enriching the educational experience. 

She is an ardent champion of simulation based training for interdisciplinary teams at the undergraduate and post graduate level, and for doctors joining the NHS from around the world. 
She is involved in various projects using Artificial intelligence in an ethical manner to enhance learning in medical education.

She continues to enjoy travelling and capturing different places with her camera.
